The current GTN is like walking into a store, everything's behind metal shutters and you need to be coming to the cashier with the EXACT item you're looking for, otherwise you can feel free to explode.
Like, this game has been in the market for how many years? 12? Why can't you just like walk up to the GTN and just... Browse? See what items are popular, get a more accurate guage of supply/demand, like... If Guild Wars 2 did it, if World of Warcraft did it, if New World did it, why can't SWTOR do it?
Like it's such a simple QoL update that would make using the GTN more comfortable, so why after 12 years, you still walk up to the GTN and it's just blank when you open it up? Like not to mention you want people to use the GTN more than selling through trading, so why not just make this small QoL update?
I can't be the only one who doesn't understand how this has been going under the radar for 12 whole years, when it should've been fixed day 1 of the game.
And the best part about it are how people keep whining about "people moaning". Yeah, that's how you raise an issue, you put a complaint about, you raise awareness to it. And no, I'm not going to play X, Y and Z games over SWTOR, I'm playing SWTOR because I wanna play SWTOR, but I also want to see the game constantly improve, and although I may not be an expert, I do believe that is considered a good thing to want something to always be better when it can be.
