  1. Ok it seems like you miss what I'm saying so essentially, take Guild Wars 2 trading post, copy pasting it is already an improvement to the current GTN. Otherwise, take inspiration from it.
  2. No, it's... Really not. Like if I leave everything on "All" and click search, it should just straight up show me ALL the items it can from all categories. I shouldn't have to type the name of an item that I don't even know I'm looking. Like how can I know I want X piece of armour without even knowing it exists? What if I just wanna browse all of the GTN categories at once to see if anything catches my eye? Something that is impossible to do right now.
  3. Okay the fact that they are planning a GTN overhaul is already a good sign. Remains to be seen if it will be good or not, but I am hopeful.
  4. The current GTN is like walking into a store, everything's behind metal shutters and you need to be coming to the cashier with the EXACT item you're looking for, otherwise you can feel free to explode. Like, this game has been in the market for how many years? 12? Why can't you just like walk up to the GTN and just... Browse? See what items are popular, get a more accurate guage of supply/demand, like... If Guild Wars 2 did it, if World of Warcraft did it, if New World did it, why can't SWTOR do it? Like it's such a simple QoL update that would make using the GTN more comfortable, so why after 12 years, you still walk up to the GTN and it's just blank when you open it up? Like not to mention you want people to use the GTN more than selling through trading, so why not just make this small QoL update? I can't be the only one who doesn't understand how this has been going under the radar for 12 whole years, when it should've been fixed day 1 of the game. And the best part about it are how people keep whining about "people moaning". Yeah, that's how you raise an issue, you put a complaint about, you raise awareness to it. And no, I'm not going to play X, Y and Z games over SWTOR, I'm playing SWTOR because I wanna play SWTOR, but I also want to see the game constantly improve, and although I may not be an expert, I do believe that is considered a good thing to want something to always be better when it can be.
  5. You can't just fixed inflation with taxation. You fix with with money sinks. You make a system that incentivizes players to spend credits.
  6. Everything was fine and dandy, until all of a sudden, game was going into 100k+ ping. Skills don't respond then activate all at once after like 10 seconds. 100Mbp/s download speed. 3ms response time. Optical. Everything else loads, streams and plays fine. 100% something on the server end. Darth Malgus.
