Basically title. I log into the game, it lets me play like normal for a couple of minutes. Then it starts lagging like crazy, then becomes completely unresponsive (I can move around and some ability animations are played, but I can't attack, NPC and players don't move and etc.) After I restart the game everything happens again, every other app works fine, I tried troubleshooting in every way known to me, nothing helps. I asked around and seems like one other friend has a similar problem, but not the others...
