Thanks for the replies. I really WISH there were an online, ticket/chat way I could submit this though. I have difficulty with phone conversations. But it looks like I'll have to make a phone call.

Last month I returned to the game, and set up a monthly reoccurring subscription. Today I logged in and was greeting with the message stating my account was now preferred status. I first reviewed the e-mail I received last month from EA which confirms that I purchased a reoccurring subscription, not a one-time purchase of game time. There is also a pending charge from EA on my card when I check my bank account. Because I'm not considered a "subscriber" in the game, I'm locked out of in game support to launch a ticket. So, I apologize for posting this here since it's probably not the right place. I really don't want to just resubscribe, because I'm worried I'll just get double-charged for this month, or it won't set up as reoccurring payments again even though I've requested that. Would appreciate any input -- has this happened to any other players?

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. They can see other players on, so it must be something with the Login servers.

It's down for me. My partner, in the same room, on the same router, is currently playing on Satele Shan. It's not down for them. soo... Schrödinger's Server?
