I have sent this same message to this 'Customer Support' thing, but i keep getting the same message over and over, which doesn't help. Here's how it is: I normally have 40-60 ping, nothing out of this. But for some reason, today decided to act stupid. I start at 60 ping, then it spikes to 300 ish, then it goes to 2000+, with occasions of passing 17 THOUSAND PING. And it's an endless loop. I don't know what's the solution to this, i have another person playing the game in my house and they don't have any issue. Please help.

Hello all. Ever since Darth Malgus moved to the cloud, i have been having loads of problems logging in. For example, when i launch the game, it takes literal MINUTES to get to char window. Which never happened before the transition to this 'cloud', which makes 0 sense. All i've seen is bugs, i've had trouble playing due to ping problems, ever since we moved to cloud. And also, when i try logging in to a character, the loading screen appears without the bar. And it takes even more minutes for the bar to appear. These are just few of the new bugs, or features. Fix your game.

Hello all. 2 days in a row in which only Darth Malgus has people crashing every 2-3 minutes, at the exact time, each day. Is this Broadsword taking over, is this the new update, the new patch, or just some bug?? Because people aren't paying 10€ per month to be crashing out every 2-3 minutes every day. @KeithKanneg

Hello all. I've been told by many that SW:TOR will be bought by Broadsword Online Games. And what i've heard about the company only makes all of us scared of what could happen to the game. We want to know, as a community, what will be the future for SWTOR? What's next for SWTOR? Will there be more story content? Will it be the end of story content? Will there be more updates, as regular as it's been? Please, we deserve a clarification, as a community, as your players, as people that pay 10€ per month to play your game. @JackieKo @EricMusco

Another update, another bug as usual, right guys? But this one is more annoying than most. I played until now, only this week, 10 warzones. I should have by now have finished my weekly Warzone: Combatant. But i haven't. Why's that? Because, from what i was able to check, and what people have told me, Huttball and Coast map don't count as Warzones. Which in itself screws up a player's pvp season. I'm stuck at 7/8. Due to the fact out of the 10 matches, exactly 3 were either Huttbal (2) or Coast map (1). Also, my weekly Warzone: Domination is bugged due to the same bug. I'm at the moment 1/3 Warzones Won, when i have won one more. I'd be at 2/3. But it didn't count due to the Warzone being Huttball. Hope you can fix this bug as quickly as possible and reward all players for their time lost with this bug, but probably won't happen. Please fix!
