Hm. Just restarted my comp, and things seem to be working so far. If it starts another download, Steam it is.

Neichan, it's not just you. Game launcher seems stuck on download, except it's downloading something wrong. Uninstalling/reinstalling is an annoying option, but an increasingly thinkable one.
