Can anyone help me thos is happening to me now and can't get past the first loggin screen

Everytime I try logging in the blue circle just keeps loading. It's been 2 hours and the game can't get past the mai loggin screen. Any advice?

Please help if know anything, I've been trying to update the game for 3 days now. I tried through steam and even biowares launcher but the update just keeps restarting. I've tried a few things but don't help. If you have any ideas please let me know.
