Yeah but what I don't understand is how can I enable/unlock the next bracket (Lvl 17 - xx) in Underworld Trading?

I'm familiarized with the rest of the systems in the game (at least for now), as for the crafting, I have a doubt so here it goes: Why I don't have my lvl 17 - xx bracket for underworld trading (uwt) enabled? Here are the details for my char: LVL: 17 Armormech Lvl: 82 Scavenging Lvl: 83 Underworld Trading Lvl: 52 How come I have the schematics requiring materials I can obtain through Scavenging but not UWT ? Thanks in advance, and I ask to just have a better understanding of the system itself. Thanks!
