Here is a list of issues I am experiencing in game, getting worse after each update and even more since servers moved to the "cloud".
It's not happening everytime in every content of the game. Mostly in some situations of group contents such as 8-16 men operations.
My PC is a I5 3.3GHz x4 with 24GB Ram and GTX970 graphic card.
Exemple with my main - Vigilance Guardian.
Gear 336 - 340 + gold augments. Relatively good balance between accuracy, alacrity and critical.
Rotation, tree choices, tacticals and gear chosen as suggested in best guides.
Correct results against dummies and in most contents of the game.
From what I see on my screen, I am doing my job correctly. I follow my rotation, hitting as much as possible enemies, bosses... with strictly no lag, everything seems to be quick, smooth...
But sometimes, in some situations of group or operation contents...
- Game freeze a few seconds.
- Before fights, I am often behind others, with a few seconds of delay.
- I see target in front of me but game says target is not there or I can't reach.
- I see I am out of "red circles" - relatively far away - but I take damages (apparently, for other players, I am inside).
- AOE circles are not always appearing on my screen, so, I take damages.
- When a grenade is going to explode (R4 Watchdog), I use my defensive at right time from what I see on my screen, but it's too late, I take damages.
- Some of my abilities are not activated when I press key.
- My cursor is on buttons my toon has to press but often, it doesn't work, like I wasn't really on it (apparently, for other players, I am a little bit aside).
- I have sometimes to stop using my abilities, waiting the right time to use my interrupt one, or it won't work, because when I see cast appearing on my screen, in reality, it's near to be over.
And here is something really annoying for a DPS :
From what I see on my screen, I am doing things well, hitting again and again enemies and bosses, at the same rate and time as other players... but
Same class, with gear "under" mine, using same abilities, with no stim or other things, my APM is more and more often at a max of 28 instead of 40 like them.
Under 16K instead of 22K, I am loosing between 30 and 50 % of my APM / DPS in some situations.
I tried to set graphics and other things at minimum possible but nothing change. Issues are still the same.
Of course, only SWTOR is running when I am doing OP. I absolutely have to stay focused because a single mistake costs a lot, in particular in VM or MM.
