Hey, Returning player, I've been getting more into strongholds since returning. Been recommended that I should find the anniversary vendor and claim some items (decor) from them but for the life of me can't find him. Use to be in the strongholds area, am I being dim or has it been removed/moved? Thanks!

Hello, Sorry if this is something that has been discussed previously, new to the forums and not seen a topic on it. I have this issue where my character starts constantly moving forward, without any keys being pressed. This then happens without change unless I talk to an NPC (mission step) or log out and in. Anyone had this issue before? I know it's not unique to my setup, as I am a returning player and it use to happen before on my old laptop just no where near as much.
