I didnt give this much thought, but the last two days i started playing as a trooper but quit it in fav of bh cuz of OPs exact reasons (without being fully aware of reasons myself)

I purchased a char name ticket from the store, i claimed it and saw the item in my inventory. I right clicked it and got to the menu where you type in the new name, but instead of hitting accept I hit the x as I wanted to wait - but then the item was gone. I cant find it anywhere, nor in shift+p or in the cartel claim market. Where else can it be? Not in my inventory for sure.. If this is working as intended then I think its a faulty system as I didnt claim a new name, i only paused to wait, yet the item seemes gone?! TY for all help
