Hello, I cannot reach Ord Mantell on any of my Empire characters, but I can reach Ord Mantell on my Republic characters. I tried to repair game files via the launcher, but the repair button was grayed out. I've tried logging in and back out, and tried flying to a different world and then traveling to OM, but to no avail. I've opened a ticket in-game yesterday, but no one has responded. I've attached a screenshot of the situation I find myself in.

Hello, I am unable to pick up the quest to begin the bounty hunter's week. When I click on the guy in carbonite, I receive the message "ineligible for this conversation". I have tried on multiple characters, and clicked on every carbonite figure that is on the Republic and Imperial fleets and receive the same message.
