Aaaaaaand all keybinds and UI layouts gone. *sigh*

Any word on if a fresh install means the keybinds and UI will be reset to default?

Ouch. Only just started playing in late August and did the 2 months one time payment.... *shrug* I'll decide whether or not to re-up in 23 days based on how long I'm locked out of the game with no reimbursement.

Loving how the official word atm is 'don't download a day old mandatory patch'.
