ThanderSnB was right. the material automatically enter your inventory or currency right after the decon animation occurs. the window with the dark icons is info only. A change that never made it into the patch notes or explained to me by the CSR.

I've checked my inventory before and after and they definitely do not make into my inventory.

Since the launch of 7.0 the deconstruct function on my account does not put the items into my inventory. I have placed 5 different trouble tickets for this problem and it is not resolved. each time an CSR responds they close the ticket. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? How can I contact Bioware to lodge a complaint? The last ticket I submitted had no response they just closed the ticket.
