  1. OmniCC has been out for 5 years. Use this method.
  2. This is all about powergaming. You can't powergame in life, why powergame in SWTOR? No decent character in any medium is ever 100% right; sometimes you don't see all the consequences. This game is about giving characters consequences that go beyond gear. Deal with it!
  3. The Fleet has nothing to do with it. Put a kiosk in the starting zones and the whole gold farming fears are no longer part of the argument.
  4. Thanks for this post. And this does NO HARM to anyone and has nothing to do with gold farming.
  5. I hear ya! If there was an autosell utility I would do it, just to be rid of it. Send Doc to sell your greens on the auction? CLICK. Much rather just mail it to a character that will never bother anybody...
  6. You're kinda making this into something it's not. Bioware does the TERRIBLE thing you're talking about here because it actually makes LOGICAL SENSE and has MOTIVATION to it, unlike, you know, killing Arthas once a week. The galactic market breaks the third wall that Bioware has crafted so well, and now I have to roleplay another character for 5 hours so she can sell my stuff, most of which was farmed by my PETS!!!! It's annoying.
  7. Then give me a bank. It's not about cargo hold. I am a supplier (3 gathering skills). I don't want a collection of materials somewhere. At the end of the night, I want my inventory completely clean. Level 1s in Fleet don't do anything. How silly. If that's what they're trying to stop, then give each planet a kiosk. There are always gonna be farmers and they always get the drop on you. Don't penalize me, bro!!!
  8. I'm sure this will be addressed soon. You can kill 24/25 enemies on a bonus quest in a story instance, finish the story instance, and not be able to get back into the story instance to kill the last guy JUST TO GET IT OUT OF YOUR LOG!! I'm assuming they're hip to this one.
  9. I'm a one-character guy, never did alts. I can see playing through this game with different characters, of course, but it is the FIRST time where I see it as a meaningful experience. Still, one endgame character. That's just me. Farmers will always find a way. I'm not a farmer. Don't penalize me. I don't like running back into town to sort through my stuff, taking TWO HOURS because of the terrible market interface. I didn't buy the game for the market interface. Don't flame me for telling the truth. What in the hell is wrong with having a bank character and having some autonomy when selling crafting materials? It is asinine.
  10. So since the Galactic Walmart or whatever is so terrible to navigate, I buckled down and set up a level 1 bank named Starmart. Problem. Not allowed to fly to the Republic Fleet. Just BLOCKED. Blocked. You can play Imp or Rep both on a single server. There is NO REASON we shouldn't be allowed to have a level 1 bank character... ESPECIALLY when limited to 50 slots on the market. What gives, Bioware?????
  11. It is fragmented because each character is only seeing his side of the story. "Duh."
  12. Ever heard of Everquest? Ever heard of Dungeons and Dragons? Wow is a polished ripoff of both.
  13. You've gotta be kidding. Wow's story is all lore that you play no part in, aside from named NPCs giving you humorous quests that have little to do with the actual war. Wrath got you a little more involved, but Wow is 90% pop culture references and cheap laughs.
  14. He is exactly right. You could buy a couple of purples, otherwise you were farming blues to get into Molten Core, which ONLY THE ELITE DID. Some of you have let WOW's sell out mentality convince you the current game, which is hated even more on their forums than SWTOR is on our forums, is the best it's ever been. FAR FROM IT. And frankly, no one is interested in playing Kung Fu Panda, and if you want REAL ANGER? Go to the D3 forums. See how that's going with their terrible class choices and seedy beta methodology.
