Figured it out. Apparently, you have to scroll down in the ability categories selection. Which sucks because unless you know to do that it is completely hidden from the player.

Can't find my mounts. Went to abilities tab and wasn't there and the vehicle tab is completely gone. Anyone know where it is because for right now, I am stuck to only one mount option and the jetpack.
