That is the same way for 16 man normal isnt it?

So one of the Guildmasters of a Guild on our server sent me a message about this last night and I tried to find confirmation about this on the forums and cant really find anything that really confirms this. I always saw it was supposed to at least give you twice as much loot but some people are saying otherwise. Anyone help me out on this before we waste a lockout trying this out??
