Yes, they're digital goods, is not like they're gonna run out of those. And I meant ripoff in the sense of the way the whole thing is designed, it somewhat induces people to error. They could just make so all non-unlocked items that you have on your cargo bay/inventory get used automatically on deletion; I did a quick search and noticed that I'm not the first person to mess things up like that, and likely won't be the last. And actually, they recovered one of characters once, which I deleted on purpose, mind you; that's why that "we only recover accidentally deleted characters" justification makes no sense.

I'm disappointed on how they "fixed" Spirit of Vengeance story mode, well, they didn't, the silver trash is still stronger than the bosses, I had to cheese cloaking field all the way to the last boss, just to be killed by silver trash, my companion can't heal enough, even at 25 influence, it's very messed up. Second, I had bought a few items from the Cartel Market, however I forgot to actually unlock those after claiming them, and deleted my character. The support said that they won't restore it because they only do for accidental deletions, that's why I'm pissed, it feels a bit like a ripoff or something. I wonder if they could refund those CC, since they went straight into the trash. Honestly, I hope they keep on improving the game and working those weirdnesses out, but I'm not holding my breath.
