Hey guys, I’ve been playing for a little over a week now and I’m loving the game. I play solo and try to make the hud as minimalistic as possible. I played my first character and didn’t have any problems. But when I started my second character, I can’t get the chat in the upper left corner to go away. I can make the box disappear by pressing enter, but the yellow text stays up no matter what. It even stays up over the cutscenes. I have all chat turned off, but can’t seem to figure it out. I can get the text to fade away by selecting “chat panel fade” but any time I discover a new area or my companion speaks, then the text pops right back up and takes a ludicrously long time to fade again. With my first character, the chat box is gone for good, but not this new one. Am I missing something? Thanks!
