  1. The range of experiences on this FP is so odd and interesting. I completed it before the last fix, when my gear was around 280 and I was not super familiar with my rotation. I was reading horror stories, so I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to do it. I did die twice: fell into a hole once and boss got me once. But, I read up on some tactics and got the boss the second time. So, all in all, not too bad at all. But then I read of folks that have tried so many times that they may quit the game. Very weird.
  2. Yeah, I’m in Texas, so I won’t be getting on tonight. Just hoping we keep power, but limiting all electric usage that we can. I’ll research the fleet datacron. Thanks for the heads up.
  3. I completed the Shroud heroic where you have to jump from ship to ship already. (Hated it, but someone helped me get through it.) I haven’t done the next heroic yet, so I’m up for joining on that one sometime if you’d like. Also, I don’t have the Republic datacron and don’t know how it’s obtained. But I’m willing to help. My name is Rour on SF, but I won’t be back on until tomorrow.
  4. I started playing in late April and have been pretty much a 100% solo player. I decided that I wanted to focus on the main 8 class stories and I've finished 4 so far. My question is whether I should attempt to join a guild now, even though I'm likely to continue being a primarily solo player for a while? The learning curve for competitive or group content seems intimidating right now and I'm enjoying plowing through these stories. But, I wasn't sure if I'm holding myself back or losing out on anything by not being part of a guild. Also, if I did want to join a guild, would I be hurting the guild by still being a primarily solo player? I don't want to find a guild and then end up being a detriment to their success because I don't participate in enough group content. I appreciate any feedback that anyone has! -Raeth
