I gave a call to EA Support (UK) 2 days ago, we tried to solve the problem, the employee told me to wait for a couple of hours until EA service fixes the issue with the site, but now I'm trying to pay either for CC or for recurring sub and I still get this message "An error has occurred while trying to redirect your request. Please, try again later." I also tried to use a different browser and to pay via my phone or tablet - no result. The employee told me that this occurs because I don't have any payment method attached... but how do I attach a payment method if there's no such option anywhere??? When I click the "Enable" button to enable ingame CC buying, it says that I must to buy it on the site at the first place, but I can't, because of the issue I stated above. This is rediculous, guys.
