Hello everyone, i was playing SWTOR few years ago. Just create VG, up few lvls and... dont see skill "Plasma Cell". I cant learn it, and dont find any info that somebody have problems with this. Is everything Ok with this skill? On what lvl can i learn it? Becouse in VG tank tree i see that "Plasma Cell" transform to "Ion Cell" on lvl 14. But i am lvl 19 for now and dont see this skill... http://swtor.wikia.com/wiki/Trooper_abilities - here link shows that skill can be learn on lvl 4. Can somebody explain anything?
