I've just subscribed and wanted to try the level 60 token and saw that it was refundable. I'm generally a ******* and I thought I could refund it no matter what so I made my way to level 61 and said let me go refund it and try another class. I'm an idiot. I can't refund it. Can customer service help me or have I just wasted it?
