Hey. I ve got a problem with my chars. The cooldown animation now takes longer than it was before. You can use an ability while the animation is not entirely ready.. And why do some abilities have a longer cd than it is intended? For example shiv. My alacrity rating reaches the 1.4sec gcd and the estimated time should be 5,6sec. Why is it now 7 sec?
