This is quite possible. I'm a US ex-pat living/working in Australia and I redeemed, as per the site, on the 22nd. I redeemed my code on July 23 0700am~ my local time which would of been 0530pm EDT on the 22nd in the US. Just some info for others to ponder I guess.

Did you just get it or just notice you had it? I redeemed on the 22nd as well and nothing on my end.

Redeemed code July 22. Second wave of early access just sent out. Still not in-game. Ridiculous system this is.

Bought pre-order: July 21 Redeemed pre-order: July 22 Status: not in-game Conclusion: flawed system is flawed. e-mails should not be going out last minute. it would of been better to just say "if you redeemed between these dates...expect a invite sometime the first day".

I'm thinking about leveling Madness, not sure though.
