I've used a name change, and I chose a name and it went through and didn't decline, but did not change my name... Then a day later I tried out the name change again, and it did nothing... Then I went to make a new character with that name, and sure enough it worked so I deleted that character, and tried it again on the character I was trying to rename.... Can someone explain to me why it's not working or if the service is down...
