Thank you for the clarification

I am just curious, it seems to be shadows are pretty happy with the infiltration spec whereas the deception spec is considered pretty weak by the inquisitors. However I thought these two were suppose to be mirrors of each other. Furthermore, I am working on both an assassin and a shadow and I was originally planning on going Kinetic combat and deception but from what i have seen on the forums it seems I should go darkness, Infiltration. So my question is, is there really a disconnect between infiltration and deception? Thanks
