Kind of sad that Cassianus is more responsive than Bioware to this issue. I mean just in his responsiveness to issues as well. I hope they fix this before LoS.

So, this might even be more simple in that the launcher just does not know what CPU is being used. So the .config just needs an entry. If it is that simple and has taken a month + to solve, I'd be a sad face person. =(

You and me both. All we are getting is cut and paste answers from CS/Dev's, even a "This is a real tough cookie to crack, we are working on it", would be better than "We are aware"

Yeah that is why I noted it, I know they are swamped and are most likely overwhelmed. However I am really looking forward to playing 7.0 and miss leveling my toon. However totally in support of the devs, especially considering other studio's issues, not to mention just the right thing to do, was more poking for updates to the resolution. So, follow up. I've tried everything, compatibility mode, locking out the e cores, nothing will get the launcher up. So, it is not the OS, e-cores, 12th gen is just breaking the launcher, NOW I totally understand that you guys are biting the bullet trying to get an expansion out, but I can't play the expansion at this point when it arrives, sad face Subscriber. =( Try to keep us up to date on the status of this issue please, have a lovely holiday.
