    Perhaps a different issue, but this has also been a problem on my sith pureblood, but with the Rakata Force Mystic Chest piece. The color is bright red on the character select screen and in cut scenes, but a very dark red (almost grey) color outside.

    If you look in your ability list under your base class name, you should find a move called cover in place (or something like it). There is also a premade key stroke you can use but it currently eludes me. Check the Keybindings section for what it is.

    Yeah I have not extensively tested this new requirement and I did not know this. As for wiping, I have wiped once and then done a perfect run with no Codex entry. Maybe the revive debuff was still present. At this point the only one I need is Kephess the Undying which is just going to be a pain.

    For EV, KP, and EC the Survived Codex entries just unlock when you beat the boss. For TFB the entire group must survive (with no revives) and you must do it on the first attempt during the raid.
