Multiply that by at the very least 1 million European subscribers. They still get paid whatever.

You have to admit your paying European subscribers have lost out today through no fault of their own. I know people say it's only pennies we pay per day but when you multiply it , it soon adds up. Will there be an extra days subscription for those that pay the one off payment? You have to look after your customers and the lack of communication is terrible especially on social media.
