I've noticed a sever lack in the amount of discoveries both that I have discovered and ones posted on the GTN. Im not positive if its simply because I was grabbing them constantly at lower slicing levels or if the rate of drops were nerfed, however I have dropped down into the lower levels of slicing in order to grab some more and I have not been getting any. Is there are a set group of named missions that tend to drop discoveries more than other lockbox missions or is it just pure luck? Anyone notice?

I think you're wrong about slicing missions and making money. I believe that we were indeed supposed to make SOME money from slicing, because we are choosing to do something that almost gives us absolutely no benefit, besides the rare time we get crafting missions. Those crafting missions generally dont sell enough to make up on the losses, so they're irrelevant in my book. Every other profession has the ability to create something of value. We simply get a box of money. Sending people out for a box of money to return with less money is just stupid. Even if we only got 100 credits per box, it still has to be a positive number for it to make sense.

Reposting this because it got lost during launch. http://i.imgur.com/m3XDG.jpg Im getting this weird green light bug whenever I go near any of those towers that shoot the beams of green light. It happens on all planets. I've googled the issue and apparently its been around since December 2nd which is the earliest instance I've seen of the problem. Anyone know what this is? My video card drivers are up to date.

Reposting from Customer Service because it seems as though this issue has persisted since december 2nd, which is the last time I see it popping up on Google. However, I can't see the response because the thread must have been a Beta thread. http://i.imgur.com/To5XB.jpg So..whenever I go near any of those green light towers in the game, regardless of planet, I get these ridiculous things going across the screen. I havent updated my drivers yet, so I'm imagining that could be the issue, but I was wondering if it could be anything anyone has seen before? Edit: Updating to newest drivers did not solve the problem.

The same thing happened to me. I wasn't choosing anything goofy, just every name I chose said invalid. So, I typed in the word "Light" and hit ok, expecting it to not work again and instead I got a successful creation! No "are you sure this is what you want?" Kinda annoying honestly.

HAHAH Its great how companies give us the PRIVILEGE of buying their product. I'm so thankful.
