Thank you very much for the above post. This strengthens my resolve to call the **** out of Bioware until I get my guild name back. I've had this guild name across all the server transfers and since the first few weeks after launch. I would REALLY like to keep it. Thank you sir.

Did you just call the customer service line and ask for a supervisor? I've already tried calling and submitted many in-game tickets as well. All with no results.

So is there absolutely no way I can find out who is in charge of those other guilds with my name?

Does anyone know how long a guild gets before it's automatically disbanded? We've had the @ The Shadowlands for about 2 months or so. Maybe a little longer.

We are a very active guild. Which is why I want the purity of our name back. I know we're the only Rule of Two that's still active and we shouldn't have to have the stupid @ after it. Does anyone know how long a a guild will stay around before it's automatically disbanded?

I would like to know who else as the '@ Origin Server' tag at the end of their guild name with the same name as our guild. I really want my guild's original name back without the @ part. My guild can't have this until all the guilds on our server with Rule of Two @ (Origin Server) have been renamed. Could you please respond here or send Iroh an in-game message on the server The Shadowlands if you know anything or anyone I can contact about this? Thanks. When I am doing HM Ops runs with my guild, gear for classes that aren't present drops. Isn't this NOT supposed to happen? For example, we were doing HM EV and we beat one of the bosses and looted the chest to find that there were TWO!!!!! Imperial Agent boots in there and yet we had no IA's in the group at all....
