I think the story does add a lot to the game, and should still be there, being focussed on. However, yes, gameplay mechanics and such should be a major focus. Sadly, the Cartel Market has seemingly become one of the major focusses of this game.

I notice a lot of people complain as to why the game is focussing on story content. I get this is an MMO and all, but do you not find the story content to be a very driving and eventful part of the game? I think story content should keep on being pushed out, and it should become a further focus, as it adds a lot to the game. It certainly keeps me subbed knowing more stories would continue to come out in the future.
