  1. It looks like some people while writing how classes should be corrected forget there is something called PVE in SWTOR.
  2. I agree lightning sorcerers need some attention. The Sith lightning is one of the iconic SW features and the dps of this class is a joke. No more utilities only, but make this class some useful dps too. And the fact that there is a bug which allows in some specific situations boost is not a argument.
  3. Please don't forget annoying bug in some of planet bonus series quest chains making them not possible finish. Few of these quests are possible to pick up even if you have not started bonus series yet. I am talking about rep quest on Taris for engineer Feron Power Flux and if I am correct there are probably few more similar ones. Please check these chains and keep all their quest hidden until player pick up correct prerequisite quests only.
  4. It always surprise me how many people have no problem to afk in pvp. Sad thing is, if you inspect them, they are far from low level casuals. Their gear is often far good and it seems they are endgamers farming UC. I can imagine how they would react if someone would afk during their pve activity in flashpoints or raids.
  5. At least class balance mentioned and what would be nice a legacy currency. New flashpoint would be nice, but if it will be only new story content, I will be dissapointed. Anyway, better than nothing... As a positive view. If we would really get each 3 months this kind of preview of upcoming stuff and some kind of feedback it would upgrade from how things have been handled last years. Anyway, it is clear Bioware/EA are not willing to put any significant boost of resources so any plans longer than 3 months would be too uncertain.
  6. with current lack of interest of EA/Bioware to put any more resources into game with each try to "balance" classes we will get less and less diversity imho.
  7. As there is nothing to do with this mess backwards, I would be happy they would get story somehow into the point you would be able to "continue" even you did not play KOTET/KOTFE.
  8. I don't want to be that (pessimist) one, but current situation is no win for us. There will be always a lot of gamblers in MMOs, as they are targeted to this audience. And even if people would stop buy stuff and even stop subscribe, EA/Bioware will rather pull the plug off than move more resources into game.
  9. As a woman I would love to see more formal and civil/no jedi/no uniform dresses in game. I would pay for them in cartel shop. I would love to have for my imperial agent fancy wardrobe. And I have to add i am sick of that attitude slave customes for girl chars only, although I understand why Bioware/EA do this. And my respect to any male player who is not comfortable with this. And that argument that in SW most women are slaves is so utterly *** it will be better I would ignore it.
  10. Exactly my case. This game ends at Ziost for me and I have no plans to go further.
  11. I would add to your last paragraph. It seems the companies would love to have its own WoW but without investing money.
  12. I think it is realistic not to await any big changes in this game but continuation of already written single player story. Some small attempts to balance classes maybe, but no massive reworks. Same for problem with all that wishes to make story more meanigfull and more options due to our classes. Never happen. It will not be maintenance mode, but it will be something very close to. And with all respect to new lead producer, he looks more like some guy who would maintain status quo than someone who was put in charge to give a new breath into this game. It is quite sad to see all that Star Wars boom all around but STWOR is not any priority for EA anymore.
  13. With all respect to lead producer, in current situation and especially in corporate company like Bioware/EA, current lead producer has probably far less impact on current game than people would imagine.
  14. A road map showing a full expansion is coming next month would be a damn good thing at this point. Sorry, but this is totally out of reality.
  15. Man, these words with capitals are so annoying to read.
  16. I hope there will be several executions, forced labors and slavery. :-)
  17. It seems BW/EA lacks Imperial discipline.
  18. The Old Republic‏Ověřený účet @SWTOR 8 min.před 8 minutami We are still working through the login server issues, no ETA at this time. Thank you all for your patience.
  19. It would be really good wait with these comments after roadmap will be released. Thankfully new game producer announced he wants to share it with game community so wait and we will see what to expect.
  20. As much as it is nice to have producer who is willing listen and communicate, I cannot help myself but a lot of people seem to be a bit naive. In such a corporate structure as Bioware/EA there is a big chain command above Keith and many factors he is really limited by.
  21. The post about lack of SW estetics in graphic design in newer chapters is accurate. I remember when I first clicked on that TV droid on Fleet station and saw TV news cinematics. That 90's CNN style was so out of SW esthetics and so lame I felt it must be some joke. Maybe it is a tiny detail for other players but there are a lot of these tiny immersion breakers and in whole they are really annoying.
  22. Yes. What I really liked in older chapters of STWOR was exploration of whole world of SW. The criminal syndicates, gangs, corrupt politics etc. not only Force mumbo jumbo and lightsabres Sadly as the story goes, all this is lost and we got some superficial pseudoepic plot similar to worst parts of ME mixed with Transformers. I understand STWOR is not a priority for Bioware, but please hire some good and creative writers who are able to put story into SW setting again.
  23. I have to agree the current state of STWOR lost a lot of Star Wars immersion for me. In fact I feel more like in some generic ME universe than Star Wars universe. For me how the emperor and alliance between Republic and Empire plot came and what it become was the huge mistake and dead end on many levels. First of all it was something "too big" to be compatible with Star Wars history. We all know how it goes with official canon in SW and Bioware KOTOR stories. But until that I had no problem to have all stories from KOTOR and first chapters of STWOR fully compatible with "official" history. In other thread about SWG someone mentioned how he enjoyed SWG, because even his character was nobody, he felt perfectly to be part of much greater SW universe. Even if there was lame story, you were part of the universe. With later expansions in STWOR you became somehow "above" the universe. The plot, the design... everything is made around fact how you are special, powerful and important. And it is too big that at the end, it fails and breaks the existing world. I had never been fan of these kind of plots. They can work in some single player game as a ending part of story, but in MMO where you need to continue story for next expansions, it is trap and dead end. It leads in absurd situations, when after you beat the ultimate biggest enemy, with new expansion you will get even bigger and more ultimate one and so on. Any logic is out of question. This problem is far more bigger in situation, you have some setting in somehow already existing universe and all events in past - the time when your character lives - should not alter events of "current" time of this setting (event in SW movies).
