So every time you go to have a conversation in swtor you have three options on what to say but mine won't come up with words only numbers so i'm choosing blindly and it's so hard can i fix this at all cheers

Hi, I'm after some help/advice please. I have subscribed to SWTOR for 60 days and paid using paypal. When I log on I am not getting recognized as a subscriber, the game still thinks I am a free game player. I have tried the following: -downloaded the entire game again. -gone through my account on the website, which acknowledges my subscription but the game doesn't -asked on the online chat, advised to log out and log in again, but this didn't work. but none of these have worked. Can anyone please offer advise on how to have the game accept me as a subscribing player? Thanks for your help.
