Hey all, not sure where to post this, so I apologize if it's not in the right location, but I have a really serious question that I'm worried about. We recently had someone join the guild and donate about 40 million in credits. After a few days, she revealed herself to be a cosplayer/musician with a decently popular following. During her interview process she claimed to have been roleplaying for well over 20 years, and the pictures she posted were indicative of that being a complete and total lie. The officer team convened, discussed the possibilities of getting her to simply join a voice chat or respond to a direct message on her official instagram account with a simple 'yes' or 'no' answer if it was in fact her. After she refused to do either and made no attempt to redact her previous statements about being said person, or prove she was in fact this person, we removed her from the guild and the discord server the guild is on. That's where the fun began.
A few minutes after we removed and banned her, she began to demand that we return her money to her (roughly 40m directly to the guild back, but made no mention of money she gave to some officers and members of the guild), and threatened to have the guild wiped, and my account get banned by EA after she filed a ticket. I'm honestly not sure what to do, and we've held firm so far in telling her that she will not be getting her money back in any way, shape, or form. Now that I'm thinking about it, I'm getting a bit anxious because I don't know what we would have done wrong, if anything, and I'd like to not have my guild and my members removed.
Bit more information, in her request for a master, she phrased it in ways that were less than platonic, and her ban time was 19:02 EST on Star Forge.

Just realized after posting this I didn't actually ask any questions. I was wondering if the guild is expected to return her credits, or if we can just ignore her and not worry about any of the supposed consequences she's threatening.
