I got a very similar response from CS: I am sorry if your character did not get the Conqueror title from the previous Conquest week. I understand where you are coming from because this also happened to me before and apparently, the reason why I did not get the said achievement is because I joined a guild after the Conquest week started. I know that this is not the answer that you are expecting however, after checking the logs of your character, I am afraid that the Conqueror title will really not be granted to your character because you joined the guild after the reset of the Conquest week. To become eligible in getting the Conquest rewards, please make sure you are part of a guild before the start of each Conquest week, and you should not quit the guild during the said week. Conquest week starts at 12:00 AM every Tuesday. So they are saying that players need to be in the guilded before the conquest week even starts. I have read the Dulfy conquest rules many times and it never says that. I really think that SWTOR needs to post official rules on their website somewhere so that the player and CS are on the same page.

It is a known issue across all your servers that yesterday with the release of patch 5.3 that many people did not get credit for the conquest achievements for Yavin-4 and Rishi after being in the guilds that won those planets. You even chimed in on a thread about Conquest Achievements http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=927058. To cover another avenue for this I submitted an in-game trouble ticket about the issue. What I submitted was as follows: "Last week (07/04/17-07/09/17) I participated in conquest on Anastasia Decobray in the guild <Dark Rage> for the Planet Yavin-4 and I did not receive credit for it. I also participated in conquest on Angellica Winters in the guild <Shadow of the Republic> for the planet Rishi and I also did not receive credit for it. I received my conquest rewards, I just did not receive credit within my achievements. Can you please take a moment to fix this. Thank you for your time." The response I received from Customer Service was: Greetings Angellica Winters, Thank you for contacting Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ Customer Service regarding with you the achievements that you did not get. The only place that any rules for Conquest are posted is: http://dulfy.net/2014/08/07/swtor-planetary-conquests-guide/. Where does it say in the Rules of Conquest that the "Conquest week starts at 12:00 AM every Tuesday" and that if you are not in the guild by that time you are not eligible for Conquest Achievements? I mean I was eligible for the Personal Conquest Reward and the Guild Conquest Reward, but not the Achievement when my guild won the planets because I joined the guild on Tuesday between 12pm-3pm, but I wasn't part of the guild at 12am on Tuesday. If the rules have changed, why have they not been posted anywhere? Oh and the last time I tried to handle this issue on my main account, customer service told me "any attempt to request the same issue again will result with an action taken against the account." Also on my main account at the time I was having an issue with customer service I PM'd both of you and I never got a response.

I did not receive the achievements for conquering Yavin or Rishi. I received personal and guild rewards.
