Bounty Hunter (Grand Champion of the Great Hunt) also refers to some characters as "kid" such as Torian Cadera. Torian was born on 3660 BBY according to the Star Wars: The Old Republic Encyclopedia placing him as Age 17-18 by the time you meet him. Hunter also calls Mako "little girl" who is also the same age as Torian.
