  1. Log-in alternately fails between trying to log in and telling me I can't and that I need to "check the forums" (which tell me nothing) and actually activating the "Play", but then freezing on the opening screen shot and never going further. It did let me get all the way to the character screen one time, but when I tried switching servers, the server list was blank. I did everything I could from my end, restarting my computer more then once and even removing bit-raider, then trying to log in. I couldn't find any info on status. But I'm convinced there is something wrong on SWTOR"s end. I'm done for tonight.
  2. I agree with everything about the 7.0 gear. I'm more of story content player, but in order to gain higher 322 gear, I'm forced to grind Group Finder Flashpoints and I consider 324 gear hopeless to attain. I'm currently subscribed, but only for new story content for 2 months, and spend more time as a preferred player. As PP I can continue the group finder FP. But overall, I consider this whole gearing system as not very favorable toward those who enjoy less challenging content.
  3. I'd like to be able my existing gear that had a 270 rating up to current levels (318-320) because I like it better then the new brown gear issued for Legacy of the Sith. (I'm a casual player. )
  4. I'm 65 and a casual player who enjoys the story. I agree with suggestions why 7.0 isn't terrific for the casual player who plays for enjoyment. Plus I'll add new uniform is boring, completely lacking in class differences (like trooper vs sith) and gender differences. (like girls vs boys)
  5. As a casual player, I agree. Please reduce the Conquest Points back to 50,000. For casual play, that's achievable in a couple days play just doing story missions, maybe a heroic or two.
  6. My husband and I have been PP players for 4 years and recently subscribed to play the full game, so it was a first time play through on the Eternal Empire chapters. We enjoy the story progression. Of course, it's always a tad confusing on the first play through, like running through a maze. We thought the Gemini Captain fight in Chapter 15 was the toughest and the least supported with helpful aides, like extra tools or skills of all the chapters. That fight pretty much boils down to having Senya at level 20 or better, a stim or two plus sheer skills and grit. I read others say in the SWTOR Community that the reprogrammable droid was meant to accompany the player into that fight with the Gemini Capt. Apparently, that used to work out. So, on a first run through in this game, it wasn't clear what role the droids played or how exactly they were acquired. That's part of the learning curve. I failed to figure it out the first time. My husband did get a reprogrammed droid and it was with him in the corridor in front of the Gemini Capt chamber, but we needed to log-out before completing the fight. When we logged back in, however, he no longer had a droid and there was no recall button to bring it back. Also the grenade goes away if you log out as well. So, depending on whether that droid is actually meant to be a fight aide, it would be helpful to have a way to reacquire it on logging back in, if the player had picked up the droid previously. (Grenade, too) So playing Chapter 15 a second time (different character), I was very careful to acquire those reprogrammable droids, But they proved less useful then I expected. All of them blew up. So, I arrived to face that Gemini Capt and I had my reprogrammed droid with me, but in the first fight with the Star Trooper mob, it promptly exploded. No more droid. I don't know if it's supposed to be that fragile or whether's it's bugged or what. If the droid is actually meant to be a help in the fight with the Gemini Capt, it would be nice if that worked reliably.
