  1. Ah, I see. I completely forgot about the conquest on other servers because I don't have (meaningful) alts on other servers or have any desire to farm CC with them. Yes, it might explain the nerf (but I don't think it would stop CC farmers from doing their thing, lol). Well, we'll see how it goes and if Broadsword wishes to fix this situation or is able to do so.
  2. I already know your point of view: that conquest should be a group/guild effort, and casual solo players should just stop whining. There is nothing new here except that you tried to insult both me and SWTOR devs with a single graceful swing in a nice passive-aggressive manner. This kind of behaviour is expected from a hardcore apologist, so I'm not surprised. As for me, I've already said what I wanted, and I see no point in doing it again.
  3. To be honest, I don't understand why they've made this change in the first place. Why? To boost retention numbers by forcing people to stay in the game more and grind? Or maybe by forcing people to do PvP and GSF objectives? Do they understand that some people just don't like PVP in any form, be it warzones or GSF (especially considering the high learning curve of GSF and hours of inevitable and inavoidable suffering in the beginning)? Or maybe they try to lower the amount of tech frags that an account can earn in a single week; as usual, it turned out that hardcore players with lots of free time are still able to farm (be it by afk-ing in GSF or warzones or whatever), and the casual players are being stomped. I might have understood this change if it had been compensated in some way, be it with lowering overall conquest points (back to 50k), adding or boosting other objective numbers, or increasing points from PvE or casual open world activities. But the devs just took something away from me and players like me without giving anything in return. To be honest, I have no desire to play, at least for now. I won't be able to compensate for the nerf. I'm thinking about just logging in and doing weekly GS objectives without any hope to progress in gearing my alts anymore or levelling my guild (well, I've already paid for the sub anyway, haha). I'm a casual player; there is no way the game can force me to do more than I'm already doing. I assume SW:TOR just tells me that it is not for me anymore. P.S. I hope for the change, but I fear it would be something like "the rep points have been increased from 8000 to 10000; rejoice." Time will tell.
  4. I'm very disappointed with the reputation nerf. I'm a grown-up person; I have a job, and I can't play every day for a few hours. Because of my unstable schedule, I don't engage in group activities. I have a small guild of two (me and my friend), and we try to hit 500k conquest to level our guild and unlock our guild flagship. The reputation bonus was extremely helpful to us. Now I have no idea how we would be able to get to 500k. I used to get 3–4 toons to 100k and then did some activities on the last one to ensure the guild got enough points. Now the amount of grind has increased, and what for? What's the point of this change? To make the lives of solo players and small guilds more difficult?
  5. Please do not involve me into your crusade against "jumping to conclusion". P.S. Btw, do you really consider other people to be so ignorant not to see the difference between online and offline games?
  6. I'll just repost here a message I've already posted in Bug Report section: For me lag spikes started 3 days ago on Thursday (19.12). I tried to grind influence with my companion in the Esseles and often got booted from the server. I play on Darth Malgus. Next day it was even worse, and sadly today is not an exception. This is extremely annoying, especially when I'm disconnected 3-4 times in a row. Usually disconnects start after 4 PM (gmt+1) and last till I loose all patience and log off. P.S. I have no problem connecting to other games.
