So I had to uninstall and reinstall my SWTOR launcher and when I went to update the thing it just left me with the percentage being -100% and it just stayed there for hours how do I fix this?

So I have been playing SWTOR a lot and i now want to play the Imperial Agent, so now i'm at the end of the mission Darth Zhorrid Arrives and it tells me to go back to the ship and use the holoterminal then there is a bug with the cutscene as to were the story refuses to progress any help? I've submitted a ticket but now i'm tired of waiting and just want to play the damn class now
