So as the title says I was billed for a subscription (website says I'm a sub) but ingame I am not , I'm wondering why this can happen or even how. Normally I'm quite understanding but because of the Sub/Free 2 play difference I'm seriously restricted in a game I PAID to not be restricted in...
1) Escrow Credits
2) Character limit (not able to use alts work craft and sell to make credits)
3) GTN only available 5 slots (5 slots are always full , I'm trying to sell microtransaction box rewards and cant)
4) I'm ACTIVELY losing subscription time on a subscription I'm not receiving.
I filed a ticket 48 hours ago (almost - a few hours short) And have yet to get a response of any kind as a paying customer reaching out in regards to this serious issue. I've called to talk to support and still nothing and was promised I wont lose time as I'm actively losing the time i was told I wouldn't lose..
I've exhausted all avenues from Ingame ticket / Facebook / Called support / Twitter and now forums , How does a paying customer get actual support from your company? what other methods can I try when clearly all others have resulted in 0 help about the matter....
