I've been trying to buy some cartel coins for a while now I'm using paypal not sure what's wrong. I was able to buy once before but now it's odd. I've tried to buy cartel coins multiple times but whenever I try to purchase it says "Your Receipt." but it's just blank. All it says is "Your Receipt" nothing else. And nothing happens. I mean I don't even get into the paypal website. I go through the stage where you type in some information where you live and such, postal code and such. And then it just moves me into "Verify your information" and then when after that it just says "Your Receipt" I'm not sure what's going on.
