ping plotter isnt going to fix the lag.

I have two accounts that are both cancelled after their time runs out because of this very issue. It has gotten so bad that I cant even PvP without freezing up and thats frustrating. I do not lag on any other game over the internet except SWTOR. I hope that it gets resolved soon so I can enjoy the game once again but I am not subbing until it is fixed. My connection is fine, my PC can handle the game so I have already ruled out the obvious. It needs addressed bad.

Lately I have been having a server lag where my bars just drop and I get the red dot then it goes back to normal after about 5-10 seconds. it is random and I have contacted my ISP. They ran tests and even given me a new modem. All the tests came back normal, my PC is plenty capable of running the game. I only lag in SWTOR and no other game. I am wondering if there is something I can do to fix this issue. The help center is not helping with any information I give.
