I'm not sure if not taking the throne is so selfless. I plan to make that choice on my Dark IV warrior, because he prefers his personal freedom, good fun and interesting life insead of great politics. Is this a light side choice? He just prefers to have authority and some degree of power but without boring work and responsibility. He is unfit for this kind of work. If only Darth Marr was around...

I liked KOTET Acina very much. I think she appeared ealier in the game, but I didn't pay much attention then, also I suppose her appearence changed.
Nice empress and I'd like more interaction with her in the future.
Generally it looks like Republic and Sith Empire remained on their positions and we are the third player in the galaxy, so the story might return to : you either work with Rebublic or with Empire, only now each character chooses side independently of the class.

How I feel the return of old LI could be done:
1) I'd like to have an option to ask my LI, why she did not make any effort of checking if I was really dead. She knew Lana and Theron, Lana found me in prison, so?...
2) My SI was in relationship with Ashara and she let him down twice already: didn't agree to marry him (because Jedi Council - yeah, right...) and she didn't help him when he was in prison. I really hope she has good explanation. She even wrote a letter, where she specifically says she doesn't feel any change in the Force after my SI's death. So she made a conclusion he is dead. That's just stupid, Ashara :/
3) This leads me to general idea for female LI: as an option perhaps, but one of the explantions could be that wife/LI was pregnant when all this KotFE-stuff happened and run away to protect the child. Of course other options should be included, but this one seems nice.

I can understand why people paying for the game are more wanted than those who don't pay.
But I had subscription, it expired, I became preferred and suddenly I could not ask about anything or make any comment...
That's not cool. It's not like I never gave you any money... Don't you want to know why I stopped paying? What to do to make me pay again?
Well obviously after hesitation I payed again (of course not because of forum but for KOTET), so I can post this: kicking preferred out of the forums is stupid and not cool.

I have the same problem.
And yes, You can login if You ignore the message, but some things don't work properly. For example there's alert that Sana Rae has a question for You but the conversation does not have this option also travel to alert location does not work. So I guess it is probably safe to play only these characters that are doing core story, not KotFE.
Favorite Companions After KOTET

How can I have favourite companion when:
1) Old ones are taken away for insanely long time. And even previously the interaction practically stopped after original class story. Moreover these interactions were often bugged for example my JK ended relationship with Doc but still got love letters later. I don't know if all old LI were so great, but at least there were many conversations with them...
2)... which is not the case for new LI: Theron, Lana, and this... Koth (almost nobody likes him anyway). They don't give you many companion quests, do they?
3) I cannot break up with Lana and I'd like to. I know this is possible if your old LI shows up, but my SI is still waiting for Ashara's return, my SW romanced Vette for some time but they did not marry. SI romanced Lana but he feels it was mistake, SW will romance every girl who is romanceable. So right now they are stuck with Lana because there's simply no other option. At least SW got Vette back, they are good friends and there was a lot of Vette-related material in KOTFE/KOTET.
4) It's hard to tell where you should invest companion gifts if apparently even favourite companion or LI can by just taken away.
5) No real customisation is just outrageous. Not only most players with male characters have no other choice than Lana but she just looks the same for everyone.
