  1. personally i run the dps relics and sub in the shrouded crusader for fights that hav lots of out going damage or if i need another dcd.
  2. That rlly depends on the group composition. Each tanking class has it own benefits. Personally i wud recommend u play the tanking class u r is most comfortable with.
  3. From testing my guild found that the low alacrity (711) was better for infiltration and the high alacrity build (1866) was better for serenity.
  4. There is no "easiest" tank in swtor each 1 has its unique abilities and play styles. A pt tank is easy for entry level content but is much more difficult to play at the highest level due to the lack of dcds. The jugg tank has by far the most cooldowns but the amount of abilities you use can make them difficult to learn. Sin tanks take a litle bit to learn with managing your passive buffs and how to take spike damage but are the most preferred tank in high level content due their ability to cheese mechanics.
  5. I wud say the minimum tank dps that you should hav on a single target dummy is around 5k. Also lethal B mods r the way to go as a tank as well as the medium endurance mods. The extra power imo is necessary to meet some of the tougher dps checks in the game. Also take the chilling scream dot utility this is what makes jugg tank dps sooo good atm.
  6. Personally i thought the gear rating of Master Mode Flashpoints should have been 230 gear. A Veteran op has a recommended level of gear of 242 by the system and there is no way that a FP should be more difficult then an OP. MM flashpoints should be a building block for SM ops (some of these r nerfed too much). From what i hav seen in the new flashpoint is that the heals check is over tuned and that constant aggro drops by the boss r really the main cause of this. There is no real tank check other then constantly fighting for aggro and no real dps check. IMO if u r gonna make a limiter based on gear then these checks of the other classes should be there as well.
  7. Gear is not the best way to judge a player. It really all comes down to skill. I am a tank myself but in some groups I've pulled more dps then someone who was full 248. Heck my own raid leader could out dps me 230, 240 gear and if i was in full 248. He can just keep better up time then me on fights and wraps his rotation around the fight better then i do.
  8. There is no need for 242 gear in MM flashpoints. Personally i have healed, tanked and dps MM flashpoints in 208 gear. I hav also seen people in full 248 gear that can't make the checks. I guess a good compromise though would be 230 gear to be fair to the rest of the group members. That level of gear can easily be accessed by all level 70 players and doesn't require a long grind for people who don't have veteran or even story mode ops on farm. In my opinion MM flashpoints should be used as a building block to SM ops.
  9. Cxp and the shear amount of grinding that is needed - 10 weeks to reach tier 2. 13 more weeks for tier 3, and to get to 300 from the launch of 5.0, 46 weeks. RNG gearing - enough said Menu bar - annoying but playable lack of group content - we shall see in January

    Cxp

Same, the raid team that i am apart of this afternoon decided it wasn't worth it. We still had a lot of prog still to do and we're just starting to get into NiM ops at the end of 4.0.

    Cxp

I'm not sure if any one has done the math for cxp levels but at the current cap of 27000 per week and the current amount that is needed to get to each tier is absolutely ridiculous. To get to tier 2 it take 270811 cxp or about 10 weeks. To get to tier 3 from tier 2 it takes 351679 cxp or about 13 more weeks of grinding. And to max it all it takes about 1.23 mil cxp or 46 weeks. And this is for 1 toon only.
