  1. I'm in a guild with about 15-20 active players. About half a dozen of us are dedicated crafters and farmers. We spend hours each week gathering mats, and spending 10s of millions of credits on white bits to get prepared to take on large guilds. I have sat on my guild ship and let my cxp boost run down 45m before logging off and saying screw it. Last night i could potentially craft 2137 war supplies. Today I can barely make 150. With zero warning you change the requirements to make certain crafting materials? There was vague talk about changes to conquest, but nothing concerning the mats to make war supplies. Well half the dedicated crafters i mentioned, including myself, have unsubscribed, and the others are very closely considering it. I know you only have a few weeks to fix things for some of them, you have 66 days for me. This patch will drive more players away from the game than giving out command crates (lottery tickets) for gearing out toons Mr. Piklez
  2. Still missing my rewards on 10 capped toons. Earned 3rd on the planet last week. I love that the devs haven't commented on a single one of these threads. The silence is deafening. It looks like they are covering their ears and going "La, La, La" and hoping we all go away. Bugs are a problem, but not acknowledging this in a week on the cs side and Dev side is worse. Bio fail yet again.
  3. So I have reached out to customer support and expressed to them that your data from last week's conquest event is incorrect. They said to reach out to Eric Musco, Eric Musco says to contact CS. This has affected multiple guilds across multiple servers. Unfortunately your forums do not allow any attachments to be uploaded such as screen shots, which would prove our case to the CS team that INSISTS that we came in 2nd place. Have you taking a look at any of the 3rd party trackers yet? SWTORconquest.com? take a look at their historical data and access the reliability of it. Your back-end patching on thursday / friday really messed things up, but worst of all, your CS people are not willing to investigate this issue outside of the flawed data that your developer team has provided them. Fix This asap please~!!!!!!!
  4. Toon: MrPiklez & Ichypikle Server: Jung Ma Faction: Imperial Guild: Scrub Nation http://swtorconquest.com/servers/2/conquestweeks/294 There is a link to a 3rd party tracker that independently tracks the conquest scores. Compare that with your data, Bioware. You can look at historical data on that site too, allowing you to access its reliability. It's a lot more accurate than your records at the moment. Your databases locked in the scores from Friday. We have been told we came in 2nd place. Please publish the scores that you have across all servers and planets from last week's conquest event, and allow people to upload PDFs or TIFFs so we can present evidence of our scores and compare them to your results. You're going to lose a lot of money if you don't fixed this. I don't think a lot of people are going to wait around 6 months for a title they already earned and got screwed out of. Any Tolkien fans here? How is the LOTR MMO?
  5. Name: Mrpiklez Guild: Scrub Nation Server: Jung Ma I'm missing a Conqeror of Yavin IV title, even though our guild won Yavin IV. I'm standing on Yavin IV right now and it says Scrub Nation owns the planet......But according to support staff, we came in 2nd? Here is the response I got: ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Mrpiklez, Thank you for contacting us regarding your missing Conqueror achievement. My name's XXXXX - how're you today? While there is indeed an issue with the rewards system at present, it would appear you did not receive this title because Scrub Nation placed in second on the Leaderboards last week, not first. The issues with Group Finder are being investigated; this has been discussed on our DevTracker on swtor.com. Please do not hesitate to contact us again if there is anything further we can help you with. I hope you continue to enjoy the game! Regards, XXXXX Star Wars ™: The Old Republic™ Customer Service -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We beat Sesame Street 2,055,165 to 1,164,830 (with Umbrella Corporation in 3rd with 11,600 points). Whatever they did on the back end to prepare for this latest patch has broken a LOT. Thanks Bioware for wasting a lot of people's times trying to make 'improvements.' This better get fixed. Not just, "oh here is a pet that has the color scheme changed slightly, and we called it something else." You know the game isn't going in a good direction when every few months I think about canceling my sub. If it wasn't for my guild I probably would have by now. You're hanging on by a thread Bioware. Get your Sh*t together!
  6. Here is a simple idea. Make the different trees the PvE and PvE determiners. For example, let lightning be PvE, and make a few abilities on that tree that ONLY work on Non-Character opponents. Then let madness be PvP and make some of those abilities ONLY work on Character opponents. Do this for each class so 1 of their trees are OBVIOUSLY PvE and the other OBVIOUSLY PvP. Also have things in the trees that change the default cooldowns and stun durations for your abilities. Then you can change things for PvP as the scrubs complain and moan, and leave the PvE alone. They already do this between dps and tank trees. This is done for the aoe taunt, changing its function between dps or tanks. I want to bring my dps sorc into HM raids again but the dps is too low compared to mercs, snipers, operatives, or maras. They ruined sorcs in PvE by trying to keep the PvPers happy. Now they're about to make sorc healers useless in PvE too. Stay tuned for when they just delete your sorcs as an improvement to the class
  7. So i just got my AP dps PT up to full 248 and decided to check out the parse. I ran into a detrimental issue into the first minute and 20 seconds into the fight....heat.....I make sure that i'm using a perfect rotation, have my dot on the target before using rail shot, only using my thermal sensor over-ride before an energy burst. Unless you're spamming white damage every 6-7th hit, you overheat. I have just as many heat issues with pyrotech, though i'm not as familiar with that rotation. The last many patches have shown that Bioware doesn't care about PTs (either tanking or DPS), but its pathetic that the only way i can fight in an op is to throw out white damage to avoid overheating, cutting my dps to below 8k, while my sniper in 242-246 can pull 9.2+ without any issues with energy. The only viable dps classes in PvE are now merc, mara, operative, sniper, and barely an assassin. SEPARATE PVE AND PVP so you can tweak one without completely ******** all over the other. I know by changing it, you admit that your 5.0 changes were a mistake, but own your mistake and fix this. Star wars is a huge franchise. There is no excuse as to why a Star Wars MMO is doing so horribly with keeping subs when the marketing should be a cake-walk.
  8. Since the cost of level 6 companion gifts has gone through the roof since 5.0, i recommend another path of leveling your companions. For each crafting or gathering mission performed, the companion gained 10-20 influence points. Since it takes 250,000 influence in total to get a level 50 companion, I don't think this would alter the game in any significant way, other than providing another reason for new players to start leveling their crafting. The effect would be felt most by people just starting a new character and going through the class story line. It would also allow a way for dedicated crafters and conquest participants to improve over time without spending all their credits on this one aspect of the game. I look forward to your feedback
