Okay, now I see your confusion guys. They just frickin' changed this from two days ago where it said iPhone, Android, etc would get an app. That's just ******, they should have at least said, "We are still developing for Android and Blackberry OS". http://www.swtor.com/info/security-key

It is in the works guys. On the login page it will take you to the section about securing your account with two factor authentication. So, right now you can order the dongle but smartphone OSes including Android is still work in progress. It says "Coming Soon" though. I just can't play yet...
