Update i deleted the file like you said it didn't do anything sadly. I Didn't want to have to delete and attempt a re-install as it took like a super long time and i feel like by the time i do hear back from this god awful support team they have a re-install would have fixed the problem anyway. i don't need to play the story as im already lvl 65 but i want to see how it ends damn it I really enjoy the story part of this mmo its what makes it differnt lol

yup 2 characters same spot the only thing i havent tried was un installing and re installing the program i was really hoping i didnt have to as it took me forever to download

ive literally tired everything that everyone has posted im at a lose im stuck on my guardian and sentinel in the same spot after fighting the zakul and you have to turn it into lana the cut scene happens i get stuck. im now going on a week of no response to my ticket

yes ive tried both clicking space bar and letting it play out if i click space bar the scene stops in a differnt spot.....got forbid for the support team to answer guess there more worried abotu there new console game

Since I'm incapable of getting a response for the ticket I put in after almost a week I figured I'd post in here maybe someone can actually help. I'm in chapter V: From the grave when you're out front the Greystone fighting I've bat the zakuul Knights the big *** robot and what not... And when it says talk to Lana I go into the cut scene it pauses everytime on the female Knight that came to help. The camera just focuses on the trees behind her and everyone run out of the screen I still hear sabers and blasters in the background. Space bar won't advance me, esc just takes me out and I have to talk to Lana again and the same thing happens. I've logged out and in restarted my pc updated my graphics card and messed with all the visual settings I could. I'm almost about to give up..... Please help
