The bitrider files are still there and the only solution I know is the one were the whole game gets downdloaded again and if that is the case I rather not play this again.

Thank you will give that a try but if I am not mistaken I did that a long time ago to avoid the common issues with the launcher.

Thanks for the update, this is just great. I wish they would extended my subscription because it not fair that we can't play because of thier mistake and my subscription is about the run out.

Hello, yesterday 12/09/2020 there was an update. When I logged into the game, the launcher downloaded the update. After it was done I launced the game and it is as if I downloaded the game for the first time. It is downloading the rest of the planets and I can only play with characters that are on the first planets (Tython for example) . However the download bar is always on 0% it is not downloading anything. I left the game open yesterday for lke 3 hours and the download bar was still on 0%. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I may fix this problem?

And yes I have the game running with the highest graphics setting I will lower them and give it a try and will let you know if it works. I am having problems with 3 characters playing on the onslaught story the game glitches when entering story scenes. I am also having the same problem with an other character, after the battle of Corellia I have to go to Coruscant to meet with Saresh when I meet with her and enter the story secene the game glitches. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game various times but always get the same issue. Please help I want to play my characters but I am unable to advance.

Please Help Me Hello I am encountering several problems with the onslaught story. I have 3 characters on that story. When ever I enter a cut scene the game freezes. I have also encountered this with an other lower lvl character(Jedi Shadow) after the Corellia story I go to meet with Supreme Chancellor Saresh and when the story scene starts the game freezes. Please help I am currently a subcriber, the game reconizes that I am a subscriber but when I try to open wrath and ruin it tell´s me to subcribe can some one please help me.

XiamaraSimi I did what your link suggested and now the game is reinstalling it´s self and it will take for ever but am OK with that as long as I stop having launcher issues.

:mad::mad::mad: I love SWTOR but as soon as my subscription ends I will stop playing. I have only been playing for a month and in that time I have been forced to solve many issues with your launcher more than I have ever had to deal with in other games. Recently I got the reorganizing data issue that took a full day to finish, then got the Error Code C5 that I supposedly fixed by erasing the Bitrader file as suggested in the forums. Now the launcher says updating and started at 60% and will probably take an other day to get to 100% . With all this said just wanted to express that I feel robbed because as a subscriber my playing time is money and it has been diminished by issues with your sorry excuse for a launcher. Theses issues are the same ones people have been having since 2013 from what I can see in the forums and Bioware or EA have been unable to fix theses problems for 3 years and I sincerely find this as evidence of incompetence. . :mad::mad::mad:
