After a long search, I have discovered it is still the same place, best I can recommend is search for account.ini. Then follow Vullk’s instructions. Has anyone figured out how to increase camera distance beyond the standard distance? Prior to moving to steam there was a file that we could change a value. I have not been able to find that yet.
